In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Clients who "no show, no call" will not be allowed to book again.
Service Redo & Retail Return Policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or colour, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchange at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
Salon Covid Policies
Masks must be worn by stylist and guests at all times. I am unable to work around masks that wrap around the head, so please use masks that go behind the ears.
Guests services are by appointment only. Please arrive at your appointment alone and no more than 5 minutes early.
Hand sanitizer will be made available to guests. Please use it when you enter the building and when you leave. A sink with hand soap will also be available.
All guests will be required to fill out a safe visit protocol form before their appointment begins, to assess if we can continue with the service.
At this time, beverage services are suspended. If you'd like a drink, please bring your own and ensure you are taking any empty bottles home with you after the appointment.
